Our mats available to purchase are made from 100% biodegradable, FSC-approved natural cork, and rubber (free from silicones and nasty PVC). In addition, our beautiful designs and alignment lines are created using a laser engraving method, which means no toxic glues or inks!

Nope! We've selected materials not only for their earth-friendly qualities but also because they offer brilliant anti-slip properties! Cork is a wonder material that provides super grounding grip. Thanks to the open cell structure of the cork, when you sweat, you will stick in place. When you add moisture to your cork mat, it releases a chemical called suberin, enhancing grippiness. Our natural rubber lining keeps the mat gripped to the floor. With a thickness of 5mm, our mats also offer you a super spongy and supported practice.
The best way to clean your cork yoga mat is to spritz with water and to use a soft cloth to gently wipe down - let it air dry! For some additional TLC, we love to use water mixed with essential oils in a reusable bottle! Some of our favourite oils to blend include:
★ Tea tree for antibacterial, antimicrobial properties
★ Lemon for cleansing
★ Sandalwood for grounding
★ Ylang-ylang for reduced tension and increased flexibility!

Our top surface is made from natural cork and does not contain latex. However, the bottom layer of our mats is made from natural rubber, and natural rubber does contain latex. We therefore urge caution to those who suffer from a latex allergy and we always recommend that you check with a certified medical practitioner before purchasing one of our mats.
