🧘🏽♀️✨ Yoga - in Depth Workshop with Lucy
We will flow through a vinyasa yoga practice, designed to open the body and quiet the mind. You'll also dive deep into key asanas, learning about proper alignment, form, and breathwork. Yoga has been shown to reduce stress, increase flexibility, and promote mental clarity—a perfect start to your journey of self-connection. We’ll cater to all levels, offering modifications for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
🪐🎶 Soundbath - Heal with Hanna
A Journey Into Deep Relaxation and Inner Harmony. Immerse yourself in a soothing Self-Care Soundbath with Hanna, where you’ll journey inward, guided by the tranquil tones of healing instruments. This deeply meditative session is designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and connect with your inner self through the power of sound healing. As you lie back and absorb the gentle vibrations, you’ll feel layers of stress melt away, leaving you grounded, centered, and rejuvenated. Ideal for anyone seeking peace, clarity, and a sense of renewal, this experience will harmonise your body and mind in ways words cannot capture.

We are SO excited for this! Join us to create your own custom scent and a powerful plant-based potion tailored to your needs—whether it’s for non-toxic cleaning or radiant skincare. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn about the incredible benefits of essential oils, from their calming and uplifting effects on the mind to their natural antibacterial and skin-nourishing properties. 🧘🏽♀️ 11:45 - 1:00PM: Vinyasa Yoga Session & Asana Workshop with Lucy, we will dive deeper into key yoga asana, and work on building up to more challenging asana (in a super fun, friendly, safe environment, suitable for complete beginners!)
🧚♀️ 1:30 - 2:00PM: Nature Walk & Mandala Ritual - collect treasures from Mother Earth to give gratitude to her and each other, release what no longer serves us in flames of love
❤️🩹2:00 - 3:00PM: Self-Care Soundbath Session with Hanna, bask in the dreamy healing frequencies of a south bath proven to help ease into deep relaxation, heal DNA and release stress

Using high-quality materials and guided by Jane from Frankly Jewels tips, you’ll create beautiful, lasting mementos that are as special as the memories they represent. Walk & (optional!) Cold Plunge (29th Sept SOLD OUT - Riverhouse Hotel):
Next, we will explore the stunning Yorkshire landscape with a walk to Janets Foss. Feel your connection to nature as we walk, allowing time to take in the peaceful surroundings.
Janet's Foss is a beautiful waterfall formed by Gordale Beck, a small stream that tumbles over a limestone outcrop into a tranquil plunge pool surrounded by lush greenery and moss-covered rocks. The name "Foss" comes from the Old Norse word for waterfall, reflecting Viking heritage. The site is steeped in local folklore. According to legend, Janet (or Jennet) was believed to be a fairy queen who lived in a cave behind the waterfall.
At Janet's Foss, you’ll have the option to brave an exhilarating cold plunge. Cold-water immersion has been scientifically proven to boost immunity, improve circulation, and enhance mental resilience—leaving you feeling energized and refreshed. Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit!
Paint & Sip (29th Sept SOLD OUT - Riverhouse Hotel):
Let your creativity flow with our Paint & Sip session, where you’ll learn painting techniques and capture the beauty of the Yorkshire Dales on canvas. Painting has been shown to have therapeutic benefits, reducing anxiety and promoting mindfulness. We'll provide all the materials, as well as a glass of fizz to sip on while you paint. Take home your masterpiece as a beautiful reminder of your day.
